I holds a diploma in teaching ESL from Providence College and over the past 15 years has been providing virtual administrative services to Psychologists, Registered Social Workers and Registered Psychotherapists in solo and group practices. I enjoy communicating with clients by email and phone on a wide range of subjects from initial inquiries to questions about billing.

When not working, I enjoy walking the various nature trails near my home, gardening, reading, baking and spending time with my children.
