I am a PhD student in the Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology (CCAP) program at the University of Guelph working as a clinical associate under the supervision of Dr. Lara Genik. I also completed my Masters degree in the CCAP program at University of Guelph. I have completed training in comprehensive psychological assessments, intervention, and consultation through the Maplewoods Centre for Family Therapy and Child Psychology in Guelph, the Waterloo Region District School Board, and through Connected Hands.

Under Dr. Lara’s supervision, I currently provide: psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation services to children and adolescents with a wide range of difficulties including:

  • Anxiety and mood
  • Autism spectrum disorder
  • Attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder
  • Learning disabilities
  • Behavioural and emotional regulation
  • Obsessive compulsive disorder.

In my clinical work, I use evidence-based and formulation-driven approaches to best meet clients’ goals and values, often drawing upon cognitive-behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, and emotion-focused therapy.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with friends, visiting my home city to spend time with my family, doing yoga, and reading.
